Creative business training
With Rick de Leeuw & JB Meijers
In this creative business training, Rick de Leeuw and JB Meijers address a number of core values that many managers and executives face.
How do you make a connection? How do you create trust? How do you get to the core? How do you maintain authenticity? And how do you link professional growth to personal growth?
Now that the digital information flow is endless and gigantic and every office has a bookcase full of management books, the human dimension in leadership is more important than ever. Rick de Leeuw & JB Meijers can tell you a lot about that. They select the pearls from their well-stocked treasure chest of adventures as musicians, singers, performers, bandleaders, producers and interviewers.
A look behind the scenes of two experts by experience, with a whimsical course behind them and a clear outlook on the future.
During this multi-day training participants will be introduced to the world of interviewing techniques and songwriting; two disciplines that will surprisingly turn out to be extensions of each other. Participants will become aware of mechanisms that play a role in the background of every conversation. De Leeuw elaborates on the lessons he regularly teaches at the Academy for Information and Management in Amsterdam. Meijers provides the musical sauce, drawing on his decades of experience as a composer and music producer. The tangible result at the end of the week is a tailor-made “chanson” for a healthy business future!
