Rental for television and film productions

Our photogenic mansion is ideally suited for film or television productions. Home Of The Muse easily accommodates 24 guests in twelve luxurious hotel rooms and has very spacious communal facilities, such as a magnesium pool, meeting room, production office, rooftop bar, professional catering kitchen and 1,000 m2 of on-site parking. In addition, there is an open-air theater with a fixed stage. So even when, for example, performances before an audience are part of the program concept, you will find the perfect accommodation with us.

The location in the interior of Bonaire is ideal. Far enough from the inhabited world so as not to cause any inconvenience to local residents – and vice versa. Nevertheless, Flamingo Airport, with a daily direct connection to Schiphol Amsterdam and other international airports, is only a few minutes away by car.

Our property manager lives elsewhere on the premises and is always available in case of questions or calamities. If desired, Home Of The Muse can take care of pre-production, arrange local crew or make contact with the right local parties. You ask, we turn, and our mansion forms the dreamed setting.

Frequently asked questions regarding rental to producers.

With how many people can we stay at your place?

Home Of The Muse has 12 spacious hotel rooms, so we have room for 24 guests.

What is the minimum length of stay?

Normally we rent Home Of The Muse per week from Sunday to Sunday, but alternative periods are negotiable.

Is there a maximum rental period?

No, rental to long-term television and film productions is also negotiable.

What does it cost to rent Home Of The Muse?

Of course, this depends on many factors. Please contact us and we will make you an appropriate offer.

Are there other guests in the house?

No, of course the house is at the exclusive disposal of the production during the rental period.

Are there meeting facilities available?

Certainly, on the mezzanine of the house we have created an inspiring space with high ceiling, glass wall and air conditioning. There is a large table with 16 chairs as standard – a different set-up offers space for more chairs. We can also provide a flip chart, a presentation screen and a beamer.

Are there enough workstations?

For long-term rentals, our own office is available as a production office. In addition, each guest room is equipped with a desk with sufficient power points. The lobby and meeting room are also fine places to work. The wifi coverage is excellent throughout.

Is there enough parking space?

We have over 1,000 m2 of parking space on our own property.

Are all the rooms the same?

No, there are small differences. Look for the different room types on the page our country house.

Can we make adjustments to the interior and exterior of the mansion?

Of course, within certain limits, but we can certainly make arrangements for necessary changes in decor, etc.

Do you take care of the catering?

That is possible, but not obligatory. The professional kitchen is at your disposal should you wish to organize this yourself.

What kind of beds do you have?

We have fantastic box springs from Hotelbedding. By default they are made as a double bed of 180 x 200. On request we can make them as two single beds of 90 x 200.

 

Can you also book flight tickets for us?

For groups and companies, we can arrange for tickets to be booked by one of our partners.

Do you rent out cars?

We can arrange this with one of our partners. The cars will be ready at the airport or at Home Of The Muse.

Can you arrange local crew for us?

Sure. If desired, we can take care of all the local pre-production until you arrive on the island yourself.

What kind of power supply is available at Home Of The Muse?

We have both 220V and 110V outlets in the rooms. We also have a generator in case there is a power outage on the island.
